This service is all about working with you and your team and providing training in specific areas that affect the growth of your brand. The training options available include the following topics:
Training on your brand story: This training is designed to teach and train your team on how to best represent your brand's values and mission. This training thoroughly reviews your Brand Story Guide. This training invites your team to make a personal connection with your brand so it feels more like a team.
Training on your client experience: This training walks your team through your customized client experience, shares customer care best practices and teaches your team how to best serve your clients to keep them happy & coming back.
Training in implementing your marketing strategy: This training walks your team through how to network and build relationships with the prospective client. In this training, we explore the marketing strategy and the specific roles of each team member in ensuring the success of the overall marketing strategy.
Training in team culture & morale: This training focuses on relationship building, team building and ensuring the team culture is strong, supportive and a safe space for growth & creativity. We explore healthy communication, rules of conduct in the team and ways to support and serve one another.
Training in diversity & inclusion: Because we all want to belong. In this training, we explore the practical steps we take towards building a supportive, diverse and inclusive work environment. As well, review the 8-point check system to ensure you're building an inclusive brand.
Training in personal growth & development: Because the growth of your brand can only go as far as your team is willing to invest in their personal growth. In this training, we explore personal growth & development, mindset, goal setting, and habits for growth.
Custom Training: Is there a specific area your team is struggling to grow in? A custom training provides an opportunity for you to have a training created specifically for your team and for the areas they need to grow.
One-on-one Coaching/Training: Sometimes you or your team members need personalized support and attention to help you to reach your goals. This service is available to provide you and your team with personalized attention.
Take away: Many small business owners with small teams struggle with managing and nurturing their teams because they don't have the time (or, don't want to because they don't feel like they're good at it) to do it consistently and effectively. With this service, you can focus on what you're great at while learning more how to nurture your team and rest assured that they're receiving the training they need to grow.
WHAT TO EXPECT
During this experience you can expect the following:
- This experience begins with an in-depth workbook (you'll do more than one workbook during this service) for you to complete to collect information and begin assessing where you are & how you're striving to grow
- Depending on the training(s) you choose, you may receive a HIGHLY FOCUSED private coaching & strategy sessions with Monique Melton. (This is available for you & your team)
- As applicable, assignments & resources may be delivered to you following the coaching sessions. The assignments will be reviewed prior to the following session to provide you with more clarity and direction.
- Resources may be provided during the training to provide further support in implementing the new information
- Email access to Monique Melton for questions & feedback during the duration of the service
- Training is best done in person, but online training is also available.
Each training listed above are intended to be a 2-4 hour training. The investment per training begins at $1000 per training for up to 10 team members. Inquire about a custom training track.
