These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are entered into by and between you and Two Glam Girls, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the owner and operator of moniquemelton.com, shinebrightschool.com, and related platforms, offerings, and services.
These Terms govern your access to and use of our websites, content, communications, courses, memberships, programs, digital products, community spaces, live and recorded experiences, and any related offerings made available by or on behalf of the Company (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing, browsing, using, subscribing to, purchasing from, enrolling in, or otherwise interacting with any part of the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Scope of Services
The Services include, but are not limited to:
Educational content, courses, and programs
Shine Bright School membership and offerings
Digital products and resources
Newsletter, email communications, and written content
Live events, workshops, and speaking engagements
Community spaces and group experiences
Any materials provided through moniquemelton.com or affiliated platforms
The Services are owned and operated by Two Glam Girls, LLC, even when delivered under the name Monique Melton.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to access or use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Accounts and Access
Certain Services may require you to create an account. You agree to:

Keep your login credentials secure.
Accounts are for individual use only and may not be shared unless expressly authorized. You are responsible for all activity under your account. The Company may suspend, restrict, or terminate access at any time in its sole discretion.

5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Final Sale
By purchasing or enrolling in any offering, you agree to pay all applicable fees.
Memberships: Billed on a recurring basis. You are responsible for canceling prior to your next billing date through your account or by contacting admin@moniquemelton.com. Cancellation stops future billing only.
Payment Plans: Payment plans are commitments to pay in full and are not cancelable.
Final Sale: All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to the fullest extent permitted by law. Access to digital content may be provided immediately, and you acknowledge that this constitutes fulfillment of the purchase.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, teachings, frameworks, and resources provided through the Services are owned by or licensed to the Company. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to access and use the Content.
You may not:
Copy, share, or distribute Content.
Create derivative or competing works.
Use Content to train AI systems.
Publish or reproduce Content in any form.
Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.
7. Community Spaces
Participation in community spaces is voluntary. You agree to respect other participants, maintain appropriate boundaries, and not disclose others’ personal information. Community spaces are not private or confidential environments. The Company may monitor, record, and manage these spaces. Participation is at your own discretion and risk.
8. Redistribution and Voluntary Giving
The Services may include invitations related to voluntary financial giving, mutual aid, or redistribution practices. You acknowledge:
Participation is entirely voluntary.
No giving is required to access or participate.
No benefits or access are tied to giving.
Any funds given are personal gifts, are non-refundable, and are not payments for Services. Recipients retain full discretion over use of funds.
9. Disclaimers
The Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. No guarantees are made regarding results, outcomes, or experiences. Nothing provided constitutes legal, medical, financial, or therapeutic advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of income, opportunity, or data, or personal/emotional outcomes. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration governed by the Federal Arbitration Act. You waive the right to a jury trial and class action participation.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
13. Modifications
The Company may update or modify the Services or these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
